I recently stayed in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur and had a great experience. the location was fantastic. It was in a hot tourist spot, literally just across the road from the Thai embassy and near Ampang Park LRT, making it easy to catch transport. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and attentive employees who were always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a bed and a refrigerator. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a nice decor that made my stay even more pleasant.
All was alright, no improvement needed.

The hotel was low-budget and with Wadi Hadramawt located in 5 minutes' walk, where you can eat. Brilliant place for weekend in Kuala Lumpur.

My 2 bedroom apartment, was lovely, very modern. Interestingly all the male staff where very friendly, female where anything but. Unbelievable value for money, just over a $100 au a night. Location was great. We like to walk, train station was 7 minutes, Petronas 15 walk, kl Towers (Menara Towers) 35 minutes, bukit bintang 45 minutes. I know walking is a personal choice, but this location was great because everything was within walking distance. Safety wise it is very safe, because all the embasssies are there, and alot of them have police outside on duty. There is a great little supermarket about 3 minutes walk. Opposite the train station there is a a shopping centre, which was ok. The road the Villa is on is called Ampang which is the same road that the Petronas Towers are on. To find the hotel, it has a very small sign out the front with D-Villa, there is a big sign on the side of the hotel saying Holiday Villas. It is almost opposite the Thai Embassy. I would definitely stay there again.
Breakfast, was there big downfall. Selection was very poor. We stayed in D_Villa for days, and we only had the breakfast about 6 mornings. We either ate out or made it in the little kitchenette in the apartment.

The best aspects were the spacious and clean rooms and the friendly staff. the location is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.
The worst aspect was that the Wi-Fi was not very strong and often disconnected. the noise from the busy street could sometimes be heard in the room, but it wasn't too much of a bother.

The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was a really good size for us and the daily maintenance was perfect.
The only thing that was a bit of a negative was the building works that started quite early in the morning right outside! However, this is not D-Villa's fault and obviously when the work finishes this will no longer be a problem. Also, perhaps more seating around the swimming pool?

We had a great stay at this hotel with excellent location opposite the Thai embassy and within walking distance to public transport. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond by upgrading our room for free. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the strict adherence to the SOP for our safety.

I chose this hotel due to being close to the Thai embassy (just across the road) and was perfect for my needs. The room was really more like an apartment and very spacious and generally well serviced. Although only on the second floor it was very quiet with hardly any noise from the busy main road outside. To some extent you have to take care of yourself and I felt more at home here than in other hotels. For this reason D-Villa would not be suitable for anyone who is not independent and expect everything to be done for them. If you just want to relax for a few days or longer this place is just perfect. There is a small shop on site where you can buy daily essentials and a couple of restaurants serving good food at a very reasonable price. Breakfast is ok apart from the lack of bacon and pork sausages, nothing special but average for anywhere in Asia. A 10 minute walk to the nearest train station will get you anywhere cheaply and quickly. There are taxis available outside the hotel if you don't fancy the walk along the hot and smelly road. The city center is not far from the hotel and about 15 minutes walk to the twin towers. I only stayed 3 nights here and found the place very enjoyable. The hotel is most suitable for a few nights or a much longer stay if needed. I will certainly stay here again when visiting KL next time.
Absolutely nothing wrong with this accommodation and I had an enjoyable stay here. My only concern was the behavior of some of the other guests that I encountered during my stay there. Several people were impolite especially to the staff who were doing there best to help with any problems. During breakfast on my last day a man sitting at the next table spat on the floor. This is not a problem of the hotel as it could happen anywhere but did put me off a bit.

For a family or group tour its a nice place to stay in. Room service food was good and hygeinic. Transportations were available. Nice breakfast included with the rental but hour should be increased to 11 am. Sufficient elevator but only problem was with the electronic mechanism while going up. Have to have the card to activate it. Well, not all the members carry the card although it was to prevent intruders. Support service was excellent. If I visit kl again deffinitely we will stay at D-Villa, no doubt abou it. Thank u all.
Drinking water for first day only? Come on!

Everything's nice. We liked staying there.
Microwave didn't work. But the rest сооking thinhgs were ok. Pleasant view were poisoned with the construction works near the hotel, but it's also ok. We understand Malaysia growth. Contruction is everywhere, and everywhere in KL very noisy.
